My ninja friend is right. We might be the worst bloggers ever. Granted no one reads this, and it is more for us, but still.
It’s summertime and that typically means white. I prefer rich bold reds but when it’s 90 plus degrees, a cab is about as appropriate as a hamburger in New Delhi…..sounds good but you’ll regret it later.
So for the past few bottles, the mrs and I have focused on whites. I love Sauvignon Blanc, especially ones from NZ. Marlborough does Sauvignon Blanc really well, I feel. I always find it amazing how different they are than the Sancerres out there. Both are delicious, but so different.
The Nobilo is crisp, full of citrus notes lime and grapefruit, and slightly effervescent which I have mixed feelings about. We bought s few bottles of this at Target of all places, and to be honest I don’t regret that decision. I think we paid about $12 or so.
I’m going with 7 cans. Would I buy it again, absolutely. I am glad to have a few more bottles of this laying around.
