A friend bought us a bottle of Alamos Malbec and, well, it tastes a lot like a Malbec should taste (in my yutz opinion). It’s just smooth. Velvety. I’m not wild about the smell – I almost get too much alcohol – but the taste is subtle yet flavorful … some blackberry and spice, I think. Either way, it’s good. Given the low price – you can find it for right around $10 or less – I have to give it 7.5 out of 10 cans. Buy it and love it.
